High temperature resistant steam disinfectant micro-filtration membrane:

Inorganic micro-filtration membrane (MF) is an asymmetric membrane formed by a special process of inorganic materials.  The membrane of inorganic membrane is closely packed with micropores. Under pressure, the raw material flows in the membrane tube or outside the membrane. Small molecules pass through the membrane, and macromolecules are trapped by membrane, so as to achieve separation, concentration, purification and environmental protection. High temperature hot water disinfection type ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis membrane:

The constant operating temperature of an ordinary organic membrane element must be less than 50°C, if the temperature film exceeds this temperature, it will soon lose its normal performance. Hot water disinfectant membrane components can withstand periodic 90°C hot water cleaning and disinfection, it is used to replace the traditional chemical disinfection membrane system, and achieve continuous operation under conditions ≤50°C. In some specific fields, for example, biological insecticides cannot be used in pharmaceutical and Bioengineering, and high temperature hot water disinfection can be used.
